Our team at Lake Ann Camp loves having fun and wants to make sure our guests have a great experience too! However, we don't do anything just for fun. Everything is designed to challenge our guests to make life-changing decisions and it is all done by camper choice. We call it challenge by choice. This means we'll never force anyone to do anything they're not ready to do. Our trained facilitators know and understand the four stages of group dynamics: form, norm, storm and perform and how to help them get from one to the next, how to get the group to cooperate, communicate and function as a team or at the very least to recognize what they need to do to perform as a unit when they go back home.
