    ARC

    Adventure Re-Creation Connection

    Grand Opening September 2018

If you can do it at home, why would you come to camp to do the same thing? The Lake Ann staff thinks about questions like that often. Camp wants to be creative, it wants to stimulate the imagination, and it wants to move people from where they are to where they either want to be or know they should be. Throughout the years, it has been a challenge for us to provide the creative activities we do in the summer year around, no matter what the weather brings. The ARC gives Lake Ann Camp the ability to enhance the camping and retreat experience every day of the year and that fires us up. 2018 will be the 70th anniversary of Lake Ann Camp, and we are using this opportunity to ensure that we will be there in a substantive way for the next generation. Over 375,000 campers and retreat guests have experienced Lake Ann Camp first hand since 1948. Over the years we have gone from tetherball and miniature golf to the fantastic tools we have today that include our newly remodeled waterfront and water slide, paintball, zorbs, laser tag, archery tag, zipline, ropes courses, Goliath, The Tower, The Leap, premium coffee shop, and more. The best part is that the new ARC facility, utilities, paved access road and parking lot are paid in full. Beyond that, the contributor is challenging the friends of Lake Ann Camp to cover the finishings and furnishings. So far, we have had people step up and reduce the needed funds by over $400,000. To learn more about the ARC, please visit www.lakeanncamp.com/arc.
