Registration & Cancellation Policy

2018 Summer Camp


Registration: A registration deposit is required at the time of registration. A camper is not considered registered until the deposit has been received. The registration deposit required for registrations made by October 31, 2017 is $50, by November 30, 2017 is $75, by December 31, 2017 is $100 and after 12/31/2017 is $125 per camper. Any remaining balance is requested two weeks prior to the first day of camp for which the camper is registered. Refunds: Should you need to cancel, a full refund including registration fee, will be issued as long as our office has been given notice of your request prior to the start of the camp week for which the camper is registered. This request may be made by mail, email or phone. All requests for cancellation and refund will be confirmed by an email from our office. Alternatively, the full amount may be applied to the registration of this same camper at another 2018 summer camp session based on availability. If a refund is requested for a camper who does not attend a camp session for which he or she is registered, and our office did not receive advance notice of cancellation prior to the week of camp, the registration deposit will be forfeited as a processing fee. The balance will be refunded or alternatively, may be applied to the registration of this same camper at another 2018 summer camp session based on availability.

Camper eMail

Camper email is available again this summer! This is a one-way system, which allows you to send up to 10 emails for your camper to read during their week of camp. Please call the office to add this option to your camper’s registration. $3 for 10 emails. Instructions will be sent out on the Monday of your camper’s registered week.
