EARLY ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

FLEXIBILITY FOR GROUPS ON THE MOVE

Not every group arrives Monday morning or leaves Saturday at 9:00 AM. Whether you’re traveling from far away or need to hit the road early, here’s what you need to know.

Early arrival is subject to availability and must be arranged with our office in advance.

EARLY ARRIVAL

Arriving Sunday? We’ve got you covered.

Early arrival gives your group a chance to get settled, rest up, and start the week without scrambling Monday morning.

What’s required:

  • At least one adult leader per cabin, with no more than 10 campers per leader
  • Adult leaders are responsible for supervising campers from arrival until camp registration officially opens on Monday at 10:00 AM. Lake Ann Camp staff are not on supervision duty during this time
  • Don’t have enough leaders? Contact our office for assistance
  • A signed early arrival agreement in advance of arrival

Early arrival comes with a fee of $14 per person, applied to the group leader’s account after arrival

 

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

No meals are provided on Sunday evening. Please plan accordingly. Full camp services and medical coverage begin Monday at 10:00 AM.

EARLY DEPARTURE

Heading out before Saturday? Plan ahead.
If your group needs to leave before Saturday’s 9:00 AM check-out, a little coordination early in the week makes all the difference.

 

Breakfast to go

  • If your group is departing before breakfast is served on Saturday morning, the kitchen can prepare a breakfast to go, but they need to know by Monday afternoon of your camp week. Miss that window, and it won’t be available.

Friday evening

  • Pick up all camper medications from the health clinic staff at or after dinner on Friday.

Before you leave

  • Confirm that your name or a church representative’s name is on the sign-out sheet for every camper in your group. Be sure everyone in your group is accounted for and leaving together

Notify our office of your early departure plans by Monday afternoon of your camp week so we can coordinate with the kitchen and program staff.
