RETREAT SPEAKER
Jamey is Lead Pastor of Genesis Church in Muskegon, Michigan, where he’s committed to helping people find and follow Jesus. He believes strong faith is formed by living all out for Christ and refusing to play it safe.
A high school baseball coach, he invests in young men on and off the field. When he’s not coaching or pastoring, you’ll find him on his Harley chasing back roads. Ministry runs in the family: his girls serve at Genesis, and his son Tyler is on staff as a pastor. Jamey’s straight-talking teaching connects biblical truth to real life, especially for men and fathers.

Father–Son Retreat is designed for dads and sons (Grandfathers, too!) of all ages. Activities and sessions are planned to work well across different ages and stages.
Yes. Each father-and-son pair stays in the same cabin throughout the weekend.
There’s a clear schedule, but it leaves room for flexibility, rest, and unhurried time together.
Meals are hearty, well-prepared, and designed to be enjoyed together. Expect a mix of comfort foods and fresh options, with dietary needs accommodated when shared in advance.
