Summer Guest Housing

SUMMER GUEST HOUSING

STAY CLOSE TO THE ACTION

Summer guest housing allows church leaders and camper families to stay on campus during a summer camp week — close to the waterfront, the dining hall, and all of the fun happening on site.

It’s a chance to be present without being in the way, and to see firsthand what a week at Lake Ann Camp looks like for the kids you care about.

BEFORE YOU REQUEST

Housing is not guaranteed. Requesting early improves your chances.

Availability is limited each week and assigned based on need, with priority given to speakers, nursing staff, out-of-state leaders, and church leaders before camper families.

A few things are required before you can stay on campus:

  • A completed background check for every adult 18 and over
  • A signed summer guest housing agreement
  • Payment in full prior to arrival

WHAT'S AVAILABLE?

HOUSING
On-campus cabin accommodations, Monday check-in through Saturday check-out. Linens are not provided. Bring a sleeping bag or bed linens, a pillow, and towels. Accommodations vary.
MEALS
Meal passes are available for purchase and cover all dining hall meals throughout the week. Meal pass pricing is shared during the request process.
WATERFRONT
Guests are welcome at the waterfront during designated hours. A Lake Ann Camp lifeguard must be present. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or adult caregiver. The waterfront is unavailable Mondays while camper swim tests are conducted.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in is Monday between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM at the Welcome Center. Guests will receive identifying badges or wristbands upon arrival — wear these throughout your stay.

Check-out is Saturday, no later than 8:00 AM, so our cleaning crew can prepare cabins for the next week.

There is no option to extend your stay beyond Saturday morning check-out.

HOUSING ASSIGNMENTS

Guest housing requests are processed on a rolling basis.

Here’s generally what to expect:

Out-of-state church leaders and speakers

  • Requests are reviewed beginning in October for the following summer. You can expect to hear from our team by April for most summer weeks.

Church leaders

  • Assignment communications typically go out in the spring. Submitting your request before October gives you the best chance of securing housing for your preferred week. You can expect to hear from our team by April for most summer weeks.

Camper families

  • Family housing requests are processed after church leader assignments are confirmed. You can expect to hear from our team by May for most summer weeks.

Assignment notifications are sent by our office. If you haven’t heard back within two weeks of your expected notification window, feel free to reach out.
