Registration & Cancellation Policy

Summer Camp

    Registration: Registration deposit amount varies by registration date. Payment plan options are available.

    Refunds: We offer a full refund for cancellations if the office receives notice of your cancellation 7 days prior to your camper's registered week. This request can be made by email or phone.

    If a cancellation is made after the required 7 day notice, a deposit of $125.00 will be kept. 

    Discounts

    Summer Camp

     

    We have various discounts available throughout the year! 

    Early Registration Discounts: The earlier you register, the more you save! These discounts will automatically be applied to your registration based on date. 

    • 9/6: Register by September 6th and you'll lock in this year's price for next year!
    • Early Early Bird: -$20 per registration if you register between September 7th and December 31st. 
    • Early Bird: -$10 per registration if you register between January 1st and March 15th.

    Multi-Child Discounts: If you have 3 or more campers coming to camp, these discounts are for you! These discounts show up as an option you select when going through the registration process. These discounts should only be applied to the applicable campers. 

    • 3rd Child: -$75 for the 3rd registered child in each family.
    • 4th or More Child: -$125 for your 4th registered child, and any additional campers beyond #4!

    Ministry Discount: If a camper is the child of a full-time pastor or missionary, they are eligible for our Ministry discount! This is an exclusive discount, so please call into our office if you're eligible.

      Camper eMail

      Camper email is available again this summer! This is a one-way system, which allows you to send up to 10 emails for your camper to read during their week of camp. Please call the office to add this option to your camper’s registration. $3 for 10 emails. Instructions will be sent out on the Monday of your camper’s registered week.
