Support Staff FAQS
Due to the schedule of your job while at camp, we ask that you live on camp when working on support staff. Staff housing is provided, and you will be housed with your peers and your appropriate support staff supervisor.
We prefer it if you are able to commit to an entire summer of Support Staff, but we understand that is not always possible. If you communicate with your hiring supervisor about the dates you are available to work, they will be able to figure out a plan with you if possible.
All our high school students on staff will be under the guidance and care of our Support Staff Supervisors or "Support Staff Parents". These individuals, a guy and girl, will be college aged or older and are carefully selected to ensure the holistic (spiritual, emotional, physical) development and well-being of the students on staff.
High school staff are not allowed to leave camp without the permission of their parents or guardians. Weekend off-camp activities with fellow support staff and support staff supervisors will be planned and provided.
