It is with the deepest disappointment that Lake Ann Camp has cancelled its summer and fall Lake Ann sponsored events. We care deeply about camper health/safety and we are following guidance provided by our state and local health professionals. You can start your Summer Camp Cancellation here.
We have all been greatly impacted by the coronavirus and it has disrupted life in our country and around the world. These scripture verses continue to give us hope and guidance as we prayerfully move forward:

The board and staff have been tracking the evolving COVID 19 virus as we evaluate the health and safety of our camp programs with a careful eye on how this will affect our retreats and summer programs. We are hopeful that this pandemic will be contained and that life can return to normal soon but we are also more concerned about the health and safety of campers than rushing the process.
As a Bible believing ministry we also believe that we have a responsibility to listen to and comply with health standards set by our government. Knowing all the while that anything we post today can be changed within hours as the situation evolves. Given the information we know now the following guidelines will dictate our response between now and April 15:
- Our intern team has been sent home and the office will be in operation with one person answering the phones from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 with a lunch break from 12:00 – 1:00.
- Until further notice:
- Couples Retreat #2 has been cancelled.
- Couples Retreat #1 has been cancelled.
- Couples Retreat #3 has been cancelled.
- Mother/Daughter Retreat has been cancelled.
*As is our custom, if an event is cancelled funds will be fully refunded.
Each year we strive to create the best experiences ever and it is always our goal to do even better than the year before. We have a health team of five professionals on site at all times in the summer. This ensures that health concerns, policies and procedures are in place to keep campers happy and healthy in their time with us.
In light of the COVID 19 outbreak we will comply with all mandates and suggestions given to us by governmental agencies and we will not jeopardize the health or safety of our campers or staff in any way. You can be assured that we will communicate well in advance if any changes to the above scheduling’s or protocols are needing to be adjusted.
The love and respect given to Lake Ann Camp is treasured by our board and staff and will aim to continue the 72 year tradition of excellence in Christian Camping. Your prayers for us as we navigate these waters is greatly appreciated and please know that we are praying for you as well.
