  • Enroll in our 10-month, no-fee payment plan.
    • Make 10 evenly divided monthly payments beginning September 6, 2019.
    • Camper balances are paid in full on June 6, 2020!
  • OR pay your balance in full upon registration.

Cancel at any time for any reason!

  • All deposits and payments are 100% refundable!
  • Simply contact our office to cancel

Change camp weeks anytime with no fee or penalty!

  • As long as there are still openings, we will be happy to switch you camper(s) registration to a different week.
  • Simply contact our office to switch

Hassle Free changes and updates!

  • You can access your camper registration forms online any time before June 1st, 2020, to manage changes such as updating a health form or changing a cabinmate request.
  • After June 1st, 2020, just contact our office and we can assist you with any changes or updates.
Registration & Cancellation Policy

2020 Summer Camp

Registration: Through September 6, 2019, there is no deposit fee required to register. If the payment plan is elected, the first payment is not withdrawn until September 6th.

Refunds: Should you need to cancel, a full refund including registration fee, will be issued as long as our office has been given notice of your request prior to the start of the camp week for which the camper is registered. This request may be made by mail, email or phone. All requests for cancellation and refund will be confirmed by an email from our office. Alternatively, the full amount may be applied to the registration of this same camper at another 2020 summer camp session based on availability. If a refund is requested for a camper who does not attend a camp session for which he or she is registered, and our office did not receive advance notice of cancellation prior to the week of camp, the registration deposit will be forfeited as a processing fee. The balance will be refunded or alternatively, may be applied to the registration of this same camper at another 2020 summer camp session based on availability.

    Camper eMail

    Camper email is available again this summer! This is a one-way system, which allows you to send up to 10 emails for your camper to read during their week of camp. Please call the office to add this option to your camper’s registration. $3 for 10 emails. Instructions will be sent out on the Monday of your camper’s registered week.
